Competitors must arrange their own shipping. You or your designated agent must be present to accept your shipment, and you must be present to hand your return shipment to your shipper. AT NO TIME WILL COMBOTS, FORT MASON, OR THE RFL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR COMPETITORS ROBOTS, TOOLS, OR OTHER PROPERTY. YOU ALONE ARE 100% RESPONSIBLE FOR YOUR PROPERTY AT ALL TIMES. Competitors will have access to the venue during load-in and load out, and should arrange with their shippers accordingly. If you cannot arrive before your robot, you may arrange for another builder to sign for your robot/crate.
